Randy Karson

Randy Karson, MSHRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Getinge since January 2023, Randy previously held the same title at Technology Dynamics Inc. from January 2021 to December 2022. Between October 2012 and 2020, Randy worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Dressbarn, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition. Prior HR roles include serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County and Human Resources Advisor at Hair Club for Men. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University.
