Randy Rauch

Randy Rauch is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in supplier quality and production management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer for Supplier Quality at Getinge since March 2021, Randy previously held multiple roles at Stryker from October 2010 to March 2021, including Staff Supplier Quality Engineer and Staff Supplier Audit Quality Engineer. Prior experiences include Production Manager at Extang Corporation and Quality Engineer at Sparton Corporation, where Randy managed large teams and drove key quality initiatives for major aerospace OEMs. Early career roles included Quality Engineer at Gateway and Audio-Video Technical Trainer at Sencore, supplemented by service as an Electronic Warfare Technician in the United States Air Force. Randy holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
