Ridvan Denli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training delivery and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Global Training Delivery at Getinge, Ridvan leads initiatives to decentralize global people development programs and fosters collaboration across various business units. Previously, as the Director of Training Surgical Workflows, Ridvan oversaw a team focused on creating advanced training programs for Surgical Workflow products. Prior roles at Essity included Operational Excellence Manager, where Ridvan implemented Lean Manufacturing practices, and Production Department Manager, leading a 24/7 production unit. Earlier experience at Rapid Granulator involved B2B sales management and distributor development across Central and Eastern Europe. Ridvan holds a Master’s Degree in Production Development, specializing in Operational Excellence and Quality, from Chalmers University of Technology.
