Roxana Patault

Roxana Patault is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training program management and product management within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Training Portfolio Manager at Getinge Academy since 2016, Roxana has excelled in designing global training programs that enhance the capabilities of marketing, selling, and service functions, earning the Getinge Academy Award for Training Program of the Year in 2019. Prior roles include Project Manager and Training Program Manager at Getinge and Maquet Getinge Group, respectively, where Roxana led global training initiatives and managed project quality plans. Roxana began her career as a Product Manager at Maquet S.A. and Hitachi Software Engineering Europe S.A., specializing in ceiling service units and interactive products. Roxana holds a Master's Degree in Marketing and Production from Université d'Orleans.
