Sheryl Jacob

Sheryl Jacob has extensive experience in engineering and quality compliance within the medical device industry, currently serving as Production Engineer II at Getinge since June 2019, after progressing through roles as Production Engineer I and Quality Engineer I. Responsibilities include supporting quality system processes, managing external standards, and conducting audits. Sheryl undertook an internship in Quality Compliance, where significant achievements included tracking CAPA progress and developing training. An earlier internship as a Production Engineer involved updating product packaging to comply with EU MDR standards. Prior experience includes serving as Project Assistant at New Jersey Innovation Institute, where Sheryl guided healthcare providers in Medicare reporting, and an undergraduate research role focused on clinical trials for Peripheral Artery Disease. Sheryl holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
