Erol Simsek

Erol Simsek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Operations, Performance & Operations Development and Head of Operations Performance at Getir since April 2022, Erol has previously held significant roles at Shell from July 2009 to April 2022, including Senior Business Development Manager and Retail Pricing & Demand Manager. Erol's earlier career at L'Oréal as a Sales Account Manager further solidified expertise in sales and account management. Erol holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and an MBA from Cukurova University.
