Sadık Ates

Sadık Ates is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in inventory control, loss prevention, and process development. Currently serving as the Head of Inventory Control & Process Development at Getir, Sadık designs data-driven strategies to enhance inventory accuracy and minimize stock losses across an extensive retail network. Previously, Sadık held various loss prevention roles at M. H. Alshaya Co., where they managed security operations for hundreds of stores and implemented significant risk management strategies. Sadık earned a Master of Business Administration in International Business Administration from Marmara University and holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from Anadolu University.
