Stephan E. currently serves as the Operations & Onboarding Manager at Ivy since September 2025. Prior to this role, Stephan held various positions at Holvi from January 2022 to September 2025, including Team Lead & Senior CDD Analyst, where leadership of a team focused on data maintenance and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) was essential for risk mitigation and regulatory compliance, as well as roles in CDD KYB/KYC analysis and customer service management. Before Holvi, Stephan spent time at Runbo EU from February 2012 to January 2022, where responsibilities included advising on product development, leading as CEO, and collaborating on device development for Runbo products in the Nordics. Additionally, Stephan co-founded growstage, delivering digital marketing consultancy services from March 2019 to January 2022, and contributed to social media management for Valmennuskeskus Public during a trainee position in mid-2019. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Arcada University of Applied Sciences.
