Tom Dowler

Tom Dowler is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and international expansion. Currently serving as the Financial Services Manager at Ivy since February 2024, Tom previously held key roles at TrueLayer, where significant achievements included leading go-to-market strategies and driving payment volume growth to $35 billion annually. Tom also contributed to international expansion initiatives at Silverfin, which was acquired for $300 million, and supported early-stage ventures at King's Entrepreneurship Institute. Additional experience includes advisory roles at PwC and Lloyds Banking Group. Tom holds a First Class Honours degree in History and International Relations from King's College London, along with education at The University of Hong Kong.
