Grant Crow

Grant Crow has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Grant currently serves as the Managing Director at 3t Transform, a technology-led learning provider for high compliance industries. Prior to this, Grant was the Founder and non-executive director of GetJop, and also held the position of Non-Executive Director at Public-i from 2020 to 2022. Grant has also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Massive Analytic, a UK-based AI company, and HUMN.ai, an Insurtech start-up. Grant's previous roles also include being the CEO of SmilePass Ltd, where they focused on reducing fraud and improving customer trust through biometric authentication. Grant has also served as a Technology Transformation Leader at Experian and held multiple leadership positions at i-nexus, helping organizations implement successful strategies. Furthermore, Grant has experience as an investor and director in online start-ups, such as MyTalentPlace China and MyTalentPlace LTD, where they provided career advice services to students in the UK and China.

Grant Crow has a diverse education history. Grant started their academic journey at Michaelhouse, where they completed their high school education from 1974 to 1978. Grant then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand, graduating in 1981. Following their undergraduate studies, Grant enrolled in the University of Cape Town's Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program, specializing in Marketing. Grant completed their MBA degree between 1989 and 1991. Seeking further knowledge and expertise, Grant pursued a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership at Brunel University London from 1997 to 2000.
