Michael Merlier is currently the Responsable des opérations for the programme mi vie navettes passagers at Getlink, a role they have held since 2023. With a career at Eurotunnel spanning from 1995, Michael has progressed from a train attendant and technician to Group Leader of the maintenance workshop. They have also served as a Team Leader and a technicien de dépannage. In addition to their extensive experience, Michael is pursuing a Green Belt Lean 6 Sigma certification from Weave, which they began in 2015.
