Yann Leriche

Yann Leriche served as CEO for Transdev North America from mid-2017 to March 2020. He was also simultaneously in charge of the company’s global activities in autonomous vehicles and on-demand services. He will be returning to France and leaving the organization in June 2020. Until then, he is serving as a special advisor to Dick Alexander, CEO, Transdev U.S.

Yann has extensive experience leading large-scale public transportation businesses around the globe. Prior to his Transdev North America CEO position, he served as deputy chief operating officer of Transdev North America in 2012 and 2013. Starting in 2014 Yann assumed the role of global chief performance officer for Transdev setting and enforcing standards for monitoring and improving operational performance. He also oversaw a variety of corporate services including Safety, IT, Business Development, Marketing, and Innovation.

Yann has also served as general manager of Transamo, Transdev’s consulting subsidiary, and as CEO of Transdev Germany’s SZ (bus) and EurailCo (rail) divisions. Prior to that, he was Director of Public Transport in Reims, France and implemented a highly successful new light rail system that had a transformational effect on the city.

Yann holds a Specialized Master’s Degree in Financial and Fiscal Engineering from ESCP-Europe and additional degrees from College des Ingenieurs, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees and Ecole Polytechnique.
