Truc Linh has worked in the recruitment and education industries since 2020. In 2020, they worked as an English Second Language Tutor at Students' Private Home. In 2021, they served as a Recruitment Intern at Trong Diem Education Investment CO.,LTD. Currently, they are an IT Recruitment Consultant at GetLinks.

Truc Linh is currently studying English Business at Ton Duc Thang University. They have also obtained an IELTS 6.5 certification from the British Council in 2022.
