Cathy Phan

Cathy Phan has extensive experience in product management and coaching. They served as a Competitive Swim Coach, Swim Instructor, and Lifeguard at Granite Club from 2009 to 2017, before transitioning to roles at Swift Medical, where they contributed as a Product Manager and later a Senior Product Manager until 2020. They briefly worked as an Abstract Reviewer at The Hospital for Sick Children and held various research roles at the National Paediatric Multiple Sclerosis Clinic and the Rotman School of Management. Currently, Cathy is a Senior Product Manager at Magical and previously worked as a Product Manager at a Stealth AI Startup in 2024. They hold a Master of Science in Health Services Research from the University of Toronto, along with a double major in Global Health and Nutrition.
