Jonny Thoroughgood

Jonny Thoroughgood is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in high-growth environments. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Moss since May 2025, Jonny previously held the position of Talent Lead at Fuel Ventures, where responsibilities included establishing the Fuel Talent team to enhance recruitment across a diverse portfolio of over 150 companies.
