Senior Customer Support Specialist

Luci Rechmann has developed a strong background in customer support and operations management over several years. Starting at MADE.COM from March 2018 to April 2019, Luci held various roles including Customer Service Agent, Customer Service Team Lead, and Senior Customer Service Agent. Following this, Luci joined Zalando Lounge as Lead Buying Operations for Textiles from October 2020 to November 2021. Luci then transitioned to COCOLI, where responsibilities as Senior Manager Operations and Head of Operations were managed from November 2021 to June 2022. Currently, Luci serves as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Moss, starting in June 2025.
