Daniel Serrano

Daniel Serrano is an experienced product management professional currently serving as an Especialista in Ofertas, Proposta de Valor e CRM at Getnet since March 2025. Previously, Daniel held the position of Product Manager at Claro Brasil from July 2023 to February 2025, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and developing value-added broadband products. Prior to Claro Brasil, Daniel worked at Digio in roles including Coordenador de Produtos and Product Owner, where achievements included significant reductions in account abandonment rates and the implementation of effective onboarding strategies. Daniel’s earlier experience includes positions at Rede, Itaú Unibanco, Banco Santander, and Liberty Seguros Brasil, contributing a strong foundation in project management and commercial planning.
