Izabel Cruz

Izabel Cruz is a Global Product Design Lead at PagoNxt, specializing in enhancing user experience for both in-person and digital payment products since 2022. With a background in UI and UX design, Izabel has worked in various roles that have honed their skills in design systems across multiple markets, including LATAM and Europe. They began their career as a Graphic Design Intern in 2015 and have since progressed through positions at Reweb, PROCERGS, and SOUTH SYSTEM, where they contributed to design operations and UX leadership. Izabel holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from UniRitter and a postgraduate degree in UX Design from Instituto de Desenho Instrucional.
