Julia Lorenzatto

Julia Lorenzatto is currently the Global HRBP and People & Culture Manager at Getnet, where they focus on fostering a positive workplace culture. Julia has a diverse background in human resources and project management, previously serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Grupo RBS and HR Manager for Talent Acquisition at PagoNxt. They began their career with internship roles in project management and logistics at Page Control Industrial and Gerdau S.A., respectively. Julia holds an MBA in Business Management from FIA and a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, along with a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.
