Kyvia C. is an Agile Coach with over 9 years of experience in People & Culture. They currently serve as an Agile Team Coach at Getnet and have previously held positions in talent acquisition and HR at Vallourec, RTM Marketing, Junto Seguros, and Celero, where they developed the People and Culture area from scratch. Kyvia also volunteers as a staff member for Mulheres Agilistas, managing social media and organizing events to empower women in agile careers. They hold an MBA in Agile Product Management from XP Educação and an MBA in Human Resources Management from UNINTER Centro Universitário Internacional, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNIPAC.
