A senior account executive with Geto & de Milly, Daniel develops and executes public affairs campaigns for the firm’s array of corporate and not-for-profit clients that bring stakeholders together around public policy issues and land use matters. His track record in navigating government review processes has accelerated approvals and materially advanced the objectives of the firm’s clients. Daniel’s government relations capabilities are enhanced by his relationships with scores of elected officials throughout the city who value his strategic policy and political advice.
Since its launch in 2014, Daniel has represented the city’s first Major League Soccer team, the New York City Football Club. He has provided government and community relations counsel to developers of some of the city’s most iconic new buildings, among them the Robert A.M. Stern-designed 520 Park Avenue and New York by Gehry. Since 2013, Daniel has represented the John McEnroe Tennis Academy on Randall’s Island, which offers world-class tennis instruction to hundreds of youth annually from East Harlem and the South Bronx.
An advisor to the MIT Community Innovators Lab, Daniel also advocates for many non-profit organizations to secure funding in the City and State budgets for vital programs in the healthcare, social services, education and cultural arenas.
Prior to joining Geto & de Milly, Daniel was Deputy Chief of Staff to U.S. Representative Jose E. Serrano of the Bronx, a Member of the House Appropriations Committee. Daniel is a graduate of Fordham University.
In 2018, Daniel was named one of New York City’s top “40 Under 40” rising stars in politics, government and advocacy by City & State magazine.
