Stephen Ashmore currently serves as the Head of Engineering at OX, leading software engineering, machine learning, and product teams. Previously, Stephen held the position of Director of Product Engineering at OX, where the focus was on collaborative leadership in building intelligent warehouse platforms and driving AI/ML initiatives. Other experience includes roles as a Software Engineering Manager at Blue Bite and a Senior Full Stack Engineer at SupplyPike, where responsibilities involved finding unique problems for machine learning solutions. Stephen has an extensive academic background, holding a Ph.D. and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas, along with a Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern State University. Additional experience encompasses teaching and research assistant positions, along with summer research internships and roles in IT support.
