Fallon Blossom

Fallon Blossom has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They most recently worked at Vercel as a Video Content Manager starting in January 2022. Prior to that, Fallon was a Co-founder and Founding Advisor at Pearl, a position they held since 2020. They also worked at Culture Keys as an Ambassador from March 2020 onwards.

Fallon gained significant experience at Cloudflare, where they held multiple roles. They started as a Technical Content Designer (Multimedia) in April 2019 and later became the Global Lead of the Afroflare Employee Resource Group (ERG) in December 2019. In this role, Fallon was responsible for supporting employees of African descent, managing site leads, and communicating about ERG initiatives. They also held the position of Senior Strategic Programs Manager at Cloudflare from October 2020 to January 2022.

Prior to their work at Cloudflare, Fallon worked at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University for a number of years. They served as a Senior Project & Communications Coordinator from July 2016 to November 2018, overseeing various support operations and collaborating with different departments. Before that, Fallon was a Project Coordinator from December 2014 to June 2016, handling research study logistics and conducting technology training sessions. They also worked as a Project Assistant from September 2012 to December 2014, assisting with project objectives, designing promotional materials, and proofreading copy.

Fallon's work in the field of education includes a role as an Instructional Designer for the Equity & Inclusion Fellows Program at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. During their time in this role, which started in August 2017 and ended in August 2018, Fallon integrated instructional design methodology into e-learning curriculum design and improved user experience based on feedback.

Additionally, Fallon has previous experience as a Legal Assistant at various law firms, where they drafted legal briefs, monitored document accuracy, and prepared clients for hearings.

Fallon Blossom has a diverse education history. They obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Television/Radio Production from Ithaca College's Roy H. Park School of Communications between 2004 and 2008. In 2016, they pursued a Master of Liberal Arts degree in Digital Media Design at Harvard Extension School, and completed it in 2019. Their most recent educational endeavor was at The University of Texas at Austin, where they pursued a Certificate in Product Management which is expected to be completed in 2021.
