Karoliina N.

Karoliina N. started their work experience in 2007 as a Customer Service representative at Kesko - K-Group. Karoliina then worked as a Sales Negotiator at Telia Finland and DNA Oyj from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Fennia as a B2B Insurance claims handler until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Karoliina worked at Lassila & Tikanoja in various roles, including Work Wellbeing Coordinator, Human Resources Coordinator, and HR Specialist. Karoliina handled large amounts of HR data and was involved in projects related to climate change and biodiversity loss. Most recently, Karoliina worked as an Inside Sales Representative at ALEX & GROSS GmbH from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Manager at Pliant.

Karoliina N. completed their education at the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2014. Karoliina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on general studies in this field. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Lumo and obtained the Finnish Matriculation Examination. Apart from their formal education, Karoliina N. also completed the Hay Group Job Evaluation training program at Korn Ferry in April 2018, obtaining a certification in this area.
