Tolga Sümer

Tolga Sümer has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Tolga is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Pliant since 2022. In 2021, they were a Software Engineer II at İnnova Bilişim, where they worked on NOVA, a bandwidth analysis and optimization backend for Turk Telekom. Their responsibilities included working with Java Spring, React.js, OracleDB, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Backend Engineer at Signum TTE, where they built and maintained multi-tenant microservices for ERP systems. Tolga also designed and developed integration APIs using REST and SOAP and managed deployment cycles using Docker, Rancher, and GoCD. Before that, they had working student positions at OTTO Games and ODTÜ Teknokent ATOM as a Software Developer and Game Developer, respectively. Additionally, they have interned as a Software Engineer at Meteksan Savunma and BITES - Defence & Aerospace Technologies.

Tolga Sümer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from TED University, completing their education in the years 2014 to 2020.
