Ryan Berger

Ryan Berger currently serves as Chief of Staff at Ply, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan was an Innovation Model Analyst at GAF from June 2021 to December 2023 and a Growth Equity Summer Analyst at FTV Capital for a brief period in mid-2020. Leadership experience includes serving as President of TAMID Group from November 2018 to December 2019, alongside being a Business Fellow at Birthright Israel Excel and an Analyst at F2 Capital in summer 2019. Early career experiences include internships at AccelFoods, Wandering Bear Coffee, and in the Biologics Department at WuXi AppTec China. Ryan Berger holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a High School Diploma from Riverdale Country School.
