Romain Pichou has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Romain began their career at Lucca as an HR SaaS Sales Director, where they played a crucial role in identifying job qualifications, providing feedback and coaching, and driving new business and cross-sell campaigns. After their successful tenure at Lucca, Romain joined Content Square as a Business Performance Manager, where they utilized their skills in optimizing business performance. In 2015, they founded Getpro.co, a recruitment agency focused on finding top-quality employees for businesses, based on the principles outlined in the book "Who: The A method for hiring." As the CEO of Getpro.co, Romain leads the company in realizing their vision and helping companies overcome their hiring challenges.
Romain Pichou completed their Master's degree in Management at ESCP Business School from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they have a background in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King's College London. Romain also holds the certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in 2015.
