Samuel C.

Samuel C. is a Senior CV/ML Engineer at GetReal since July 2025, focusing on designing real-time machine learning systems for deepfake detection and innovative behavioral analysis techniques. Previously, Samuel served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Flawless, where responsibilities included managing data ingestion and deploying machine learning systems, while also spearheading the development of scalable systems for face perception and audio-driven facial animation. As a Research Scientist at ARA, Samuel led the development of algorithms in deep learning and computer vision, utilizing large datasets from LIDAR and stereo video. Earlier experiences include roles at UC San Diego, Texas Instruments, and involvement in undergraduate research highlighting advanced algorithmic implementations and robotics. Samuel holds a Master of Science in Machine Learning and Data Science from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The George Washington University.
