Shilo Riddle, CIR, currently serves as the Director of Recruiting at Redo since June 2024 and has been the Founder of Hive Advisory since April 2004. Previous roles include Vice President of People & Inclusion at Spiff Inc. from February 2021 until its acquisition by Salesforce in June 2024, and Global Head of People at Merlin and Zubale. Shilo has also contributed as an advisor and advisory board member at various organizations, including MoneyDolly, Progresando, and First Source Consulting. Shilo's education includes a bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Brigham Young University - Idaho, expected to be completed in 2025, and prior studies at Portland Community College from 1996 to 1999.
