Tommy Wei

Tommy Wei is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Software Engineer II and Engineering Team Lead at Lucid Software since June 2021, Tommy has previously interned at Google, contributing to natural language processing projects and achieving state-of-the-art fine-tuning accuracy with the BERT Model. Tommy's experience includes research at UC Berkeley's Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences department and practical application of full-stack development at BitGo, where Tommy implemented security protocols and managed various testing processes. Tommy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and has gained valuable experience in machine learning and data management through internships and research positions.
