Isha Deokule

Isha Deokule has worked in the tech industry since 1992, starting as a Senior Programmer Analyst for Melstar. Isha then moved to Aswam Infotech Pvt Ltd in the same role, before joining Hitech Consultants in 1995 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 1996, Isha joined Infogain Inc. as an Applications Consultant, then EPiphany Inc. in 2004 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2006, Isha worked at Model N Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and Infor Global Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer. From 2007 to 2009, Isha worked at Google as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for QA of the company's CRM product using agile methodology, evaluating customer issues, preparing for automation, updating test cases, and updating wiki pages for test coverage status. Finally, Isha joined Visa in 2009 as a Senior Software Engineer, and GetResource Inc. in 2014 as Director of Information Systems, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, and Program Manager.

Isha Deokule obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Mumbai. Prior to that, they attended Sheth M A High school. Additionally, they obtained a Climate Reality Leader certification from The Climate Reality Project in April 2021 and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2019.
