Oliwia Warnke

Oliwia Warnke is an experienced professional in sales enablement and customer success, currently serving as a Sales Enablement Manager at GetResponse since July 2016. In this role, Oliwia focuses on training and developing sales team members, onboarding programs, and optimizing sales processes while acting as a liaison between Sales and Marketing. Prior to this position, Oliwia held roles as a Customer Success Coach and Customer Success Advisor at GetResponse, contributing to training, quality assurance, and customer service efforts. Earlier experience includes working as an Office Manager and Sales Department Assistant at TAX CARE SA, where Oliwia managed operations and administrative tasks within the Sales Department. Oliwia holds a Master's degree in English Studies from the University of Gdansk, obtained in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, completed in 2015. Currently, Oliwia is also a member of the Sales Enablement Collective, which aims to align sales enablement as a key driver of business growth.
