Dan MacKenzie has been working in recruitment and talent acquisition since 2006. Dan began their career as a Youth Facilitator for 'exposé' Ottawa Public Health in 2006. Dan then worked as a Postal Outlet Supervisor for Pharmasave Drugs (National) Ltd. in 2010, a Lead Host and Retail Supervisor for Garrison Brewing Co. in 2010, a Brand Ambassador for ThinkBox National Marketing Inc. in 2012, a Recruitment Coordinator, Assistant Recruitment Manager, and Head Office Recruitment Coordinator for Kognitive Marketing from 2013-2014, a Talent Advisor - Sales & Merchandising, Talent Advisor - XM, and Senior Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter for Mosaic North America from 2014-2018, a Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition for Match Marketing Group in 2018, and a Talent Acquisition Manager for SGS & Co. from 2019-2021. Currently, Dan MacKenzie is a Regional Recruiter for Bayshore HealthCare and a Recruitment Manager & Account Manager for Rocket (getrocket.com).

Dan MacKenzie attended Carleton University from 2005 to 2008, studying Psychology. Dan then went on to Saint Mary's University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology in 2010.
