Heather Otto

Heather Otto has held several positions in the past 12 years. In 2007, they began working for AT&T as a Finance Representative and Customer Service Representative. In 2009, they became Co-Owner, Officer, and Store Manager of Epiphany Designs Inc. where they conducted interviews, hired and trained new employees, handled new hire paperwork, processed payroll, and managed their eBay store and website. In 2012, they joined Kelly Services as an Assistant Recruiter and recruited for professional placement in Education, Administrative, Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing. In 2013, they became an Account Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter for Phoenix Staff, Inc. where they sourced new and passive candidates, screened resumes, phone screened, and conducted in-person and virtual interviews. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Rocket (getrocket.com) as a Recruiting Manager.

Heather Otto completed a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at Fresno Pacific University between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from San Joaquin Valley College-Fresno between 2005 and 2007.
