Agnès H.

Agnès H. is currently a Process Manager at the European Parliament, where they coordinate problem management activities and drive root cause analyses. Previously, Agnès served as an Application Deployment and Planning Coordinator for Getronics at the European Parliament and as a Customer Support Coordinator for Ricoh Luxembourg. They also held the position of Sales and Service Coordinator at JCD Groupe. Agnès is pursuing two degrees at IUT de Metz in Informatique and Statistique et Informatique Décisionnelle.
