Agustina Defensa

Agustina Defensa is an experienced professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Head of Health at Getronics since September 2025. Previously, Agustina held the position of Senior Project Manager in Strategic Management, Innovation, and Digital Transformation at Markey Healthcare Solutions, where coordination of remote technical and functional teams took place to enhance interoperability and process optimization. As the Director of Digital Transformation & Patient Experience at Sanatorio Güemes, Agustina led a large team to improve IT systems and patient services. Prior roles include Transformation & Innovation Manager at DROFAR and Director of Strategic Projects at INSSJP, where significant contributions to e-commerce and digital project implementation were made. Agustina is currently pursuing a degree in Health Services Management at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna and holds a certification in Agile Projects from IAE Business School.
