Elias Santos is a Digital Experience Analyst at Getronics since October 2021, focusing on enhancing customer productivity and performance through improved digital experiences. Previously, Santos worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Bosch from September 2020 to September 2021, where research on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication protocols for the Bosch eBike was conducted, along with testing tools selection. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Support Representative at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2018 to October 2019, managing IT-related issues as the single point of contact (SPOC) through calls, chats, emails, and self-service tickets.
