Previously, Gemma held roles such as Head of Content & Culture at Rooster Punk and Internal Communications Lead at Acteon Group Ltd., where they championed employee engagement and cultural initiatives. They began their career in journalism, earning a BA Hons in Journalism from the University of Lincoln.
