Michael Vetter

Michael Vetter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service operations and customer management. Currently serving as the Director of Service Operations for Global Customers at Getronics since April 2021, Michael is responsible for the delivery of services to complex global clients. Previous roles at BT from 2003 to 2020 include Customer Success Principal, where Michael improved customer perceptions through effective team leadership, and various positions focused on service delivery, operations, and process design across multiple regions. Michael holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Central Lancashire and a Diplomkaufmann in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Lueneburg.
