Natalia Gonçalves

Natalia Gonçalves is an IT Support Specialist at Getronics since May 2023, where responsibilities include resolving technical service tickets, managing user access, and performing remote troubleshooting to enhance productivity and user satisfaction. Prior to this, Natalia served in various customer service roles at IBTeC Brasil from February 2019 to May 2023, conducting chemical and physical testing, providing multi-channel support, and generating analytical reports to improve decision-making. Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development at Unisinos, expected to complete in December 2025, Natalia brings a solid foundation in both technical support and customer service, complemented by skills in data management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
