Nick Pearce

Nick Pearce is an experienced professional in service delivery management, currently serving as the Global Service Delivery Director at Getronics Global Services since March 2008. In this role, Nick oversees all aspects of service delivery for Dell EMC, managing a team across APAC and EMEA. Previous positions include Global Service Delivery Director for HP Shell, where Nick managed desktop support services for Shell's end user community, and Global Service Delivery Manager, responsible for delivering services to Honeywell, Axa, and Dell's Oconus end users. Nick also held the role of Dell Warranty Services Manager for the UK and Ireland, overseeing warranty services across various business segments. Prior to this, Nick served as Service Delivery Manager at Getronics UK at T-Mobile, managing a large onsite team across multiple support functions. Nick's educational background includes studies at North West Kent College of Technology and The Howard Secondary Grammar School.
