Yolanda Romero

Yolanda Romero possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently holding a position in Operaciones at Getronics Iberia since July 2010, focusing on Operaciones Galicia. Previously, Yolanda has contributed to Matchmind since June 2007, implementing and overseeing corporate human resources policies, including selection, organization and development, training, labor relations, and risk prevention for the Galicia delegation. Prior roles include working in human resources at Grupo Clave Consultores from May 2006 to June 2007, specializing in personnel selection for mid-level and executive positions across various sectors in Galicia, and as a selection technician for technical profiles at Applus from December 2004 to May 2006. Yolanda holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Salamanca and has furthered education through the Confederación de Empresarios de A Coruña and the Universidade da Coruña.
