Matthew Hardoon

Matthew Hardoon serves as the Vice President of Sales at Sauce since August 2024 and is also an Executive Member at Pavilion starting April 2024. Previously, Matthew held the role of Vice President of Sales & Partnerships at Meal Ticket from January 2022 to July 2024, overseeing global sales for the restaurant operator product following the acquisition of MarketMan, where Matthew was Vice President of Sales from August 2017 to January 2022. During tenure at MarketMan, responsibilities included global sales, partnerships, business development, and leading North American sales efforts. Additionally, Matthew served as a Marketing Partner at Branded Hospitality Marketplace in 2021. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship Management and Marketing from Baruch College.
