Michael Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael began their career at Toyota USA in 2015 as a Procurement - Electrical specialist. In 2016, they joined PwC as part of the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory team, where they drove client engagement and built personalized visualizations for client workshops.
In 2017, Michael transitioned to Anheuser-Busch, where they held multiple roles. Starting as a Global Management Trainee, they then became an Analyst in Sales Intelligence, where they analyzed data to develop forecasting models and provide performance insights and recommendations to senior leaders. Later, as a Senior Manager of Key Accounts, they led internal business operations and managed relationships with key retail chains and distributors.
Currently, Michael is working at GetScale (formerly GetSales), starting in 2021. Michael first served as the Director of Business Operations, where they founded the dedicated BizOps team and collaborated with different departments to identify and capitalize on the company's priorities. Currently, they hold the position of General Manager, and as of January 2023, they have been promoted to SVP of Revenue.
Michael Garcia has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Technology Operations & Strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, they have completed the CORe: Credential of Readiness program from Harvard Business School Online. Furthermore, they have studied International Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In terms of certifications, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from Anheuser-Busch InBev in June 2018 and an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI in June 2017.
