Itay Dror

Itay Dror is an experienced product leader currently serving as Head of Product at Sequence since May 2024. Previously, Itay held the same title at BeeHero from August 2020 to May 2024, where Itay was the first product hire and successfully led a cross-functional team. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager at Viola Ventures, focusing on investment research and sector landscape reports, and serving as a Captain in the Israel Defense Forces, where Itay held elite intelligence and infantry positions, including Deputy Ops Chief of Staff in Technological Unit 81. Itay Dror holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Tel Aviv University, completed between 2018 and 2021.
