Andre Smith

Andre Smith has extensive experience in support coordination and education, currently serving as the Support Training Coordinator at Shogun since December 2018. Prior to this role, Andre worked as a Mathematics Educator at S.A.T. Programme - Quality Academics from June 2009 to November 2018 and as an Educator at St. Andrew High School for Girls from December 2010 to June 2014. Additional experience includes serving as a Tier 2 Escalations Agent and Account Onboarding Specialist at Line2, where responsibilities included tracking and troubleshooting app features, explaining product offerings, and managing number porting requests. Andre holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Wales and both a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of London and an Associate's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean.
