Robin Jauch

Robin Jauch has over 8 years of professional experience in product management and strategic operations. From 2013 to 2016, Jauch worked at Liazon, where they held the roles of Business Analyst, Strategic Operations and Client Service Manager. During their time at Liazon, Jauch engaged with internal client service teams, third party benefits consultants, and large clients to answer detailed operational questions and brainstorm creative solutions to custom large-client needs. Robin also managed technical operations team members to help decrease client facing errors and concerns due to defects and system limitations. Additionally, Jauch managed major account relationships, acted as a project and process manager for all activities related to Liazon's service delivery to assigned client(s), and built and maintained trusted relationships with Broker partners and senior executives.
