Billy Waters is a Senior Solution Architect specializing in workforce management and SaaS solutions for the hospitality sector, currently working with Sona and volunteering as a steward at major festivals. Previously, Billy served as Solution Director at Fourth, where they focused on optimizing client workforce strategies and led significant projects across various hospitality brands, including The Pig Hotels and Hakkasan. Billy has extensive experience in operations management, having held positions such as Group General Manager at Brewrkz Singapore and IT Manager at YO! Sushi. An alumnus of Norwich Hotel School, Billy holds a BTEC National Diploma in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management.
