Simon Vinall

Simon Vinall is currently the Head of Implementation at Sona, where they lead HR transformation projects utilizing their expertise in Workday and Oracle Fusion HR Cloud. With two years of consulting experience, they have successfully worked as a process lead, data lead, and UAT Tester in both public and private sectors. Previously, Simon held roles in project management and HR consulting, developing strong skills in process design and analysis. They earned a Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology with distinction from Goldsmiths, University of London, and graduated with a Psychology BSc from Oxford Brookes University, ranking in the top 10% of their cohort.
