James Wilson

James Wilson has a diverse work experience in the car rental industry. James currently works at Spiffy as the Vice President of Operations East, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Manager at Spiffy from August 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Spiffy, James worked at Advantage Rent A Car as a Regional Manager from November 2017 to July 2020, where they were responsible for managing multiple airport locations and overseeing various aspects of operations, including P&L, forecasting, fleet planning, pricing, market strategy, risk management, hiring, and personnel management.

James also worked at Coverall North America, Inc. as a General Manager in 2017, where they managed a workforce, focused on adding new franchise businesses, and minimized outstanding business owed to franchises.

Additionally, James has a long tenure at Avis Budget Group, where they held several roles including City Manager, Lean Six Sigma Practitioner, District Manager, and Operations Manager. In these roles, they managed expenses, controlled operations across multiple locations, facilitated revenue generation and cost reduction projects, implemented lean operation techniques to improve efficiency, and oversaw unionized personnel and labor relations.

James Wilson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Villanova University between 1985 and 1989.
